Pre-registration is currently open for the Basic Training for Expert Witnessing, which is being organized by our center.

Training sessions will be scheduled once a sufficient number of applications is reached; we are currently accepting applications for both weekday evening and weekend groups.

Those who wish to participate in the training are requested to submit a pre-registration.

Who Can Apply?

- Individuals who meet the fundamental requirements established by the Department of Expert Witnessing,

- Those with at least 5 years of professional experience in their respective fields of expertise,

- Individuals who can document their expertise through a diploma, graduation certificate, or other relevant official documentation,

- Candidates who intend to engage in expert witness activities and are required to complete this basic training.

Note: To avoid disrupting the professional schedules of participants, the training sessions will be held on weekends.

Completing the basic training for expert witnessing does not, in itself, qualify an individual to serve as an expert witness. To be appointed as an expert witness, one must also satisfy the requirements set forth in the Law on Expert Witnessing (Law No. 6754), the Regulation on Expert Witnessing, and any other criteria established by the Department of Expert Witnessing.

Documentation proving at least 5 years of professional experience in one's field (e.g., a Social Security Institution [SGK] service record, an official letter from an institution, a registration certificate from a professional chamber, etc.) is required.

Important Points:

- The training capacity is limited to 24 participants.

- Therefore, it is important to complete the final registration process before the capacity is reached.

- Should the 24-person capacity be reached, the training fees paid by candidates who could not be accommodated will be refunded.

- Attendance at all sessions is mandatory. - No refunds will be issued to participants who do not attend the training or fail to meet the attendance requirements.

Final registration will be completed once all required documents have been uploaded to the system and the training fee has been paid.
